B&E

What are we learning?

I am to run a profitable business. I have kept track of my spending choices. I have stuck to a given budget and we are actually below the budget. We have Kept financial records on our money. We Adhere to our business plan.
         


How am I progressing in my learning?


I have gone very fine with my learning and
we are ready to sell our products


What My company has done?
The big sign has been
completed and as for everything 
else.

What are our next steps?
On 4th of July we will sell our 
cookies.

What do you expect on market day? 
I expect our cookies to sell out really slowly, or sell really fast. No matter what happens I will still be proud of my product.

I have gone very fine with my learning and already made a practice batch of cookies...



What My company has done?
My company has completed the paper work.
 The letter, We have also completed the 
practice batch and we have iced and 
decorated.

What are our next steps?
Our next step is get our feedback on our cookies.
Then on 4th of July sell our cookies.

What do you expect on market day? 
I expect our cookies to sell out really slowly, 
or sell really fast. No matter what happens I 
will still be proud of my product.

Advertising

PATHOS means emotional!

This is meant to be emotional. 
This shows that the bird had been either ran over or
cut open to show what the birds eat.
this has been cause because of the 
amount of times we litter








ETHOS means credible or ethical appearance
 This shows Ethos. This shows Ethos because 1 
they add one, or more celebrates and 2 they are trying 
to persuade us to buy more drinks .




















LOGOS means logical!



This show logos. This shows logos because...
it is trying to persuade us audience to buy a 
regular shampoo or conditioner in a different bottle.
They have also used a model to get people like us to 
buy the shampoo and conditioner.

1982 - 1991 

1982: First The Warehouse store opens in Wairau Road, Auckland.
1990: First nationally distributed advertising mailer.
1991: Sales exceed $100 million.
1991: First Warehouse Stationery store opens

1992 - 1995

1992: Opening of first store of 25,000 square feet 
1992: Launching of The Warehouse card
1992: Opening of first store of 50,000 square feet 
1994: Public float and listing on the New Zealand Stock Exchange
1995: The Warehouse added to a famose NZ Index
1995: Introduction of green gardening department

1996 - 2000

1996: Opening of North Island Distribution Centre
1996: Introduction of the major AEG (Automatic eletric gun)  brand
1997: Introduction of the first store of 75,000 square feet 
1998: Introduction of apparel as a major department
1998: First shipment of parallel imported goods
2000: The Warehouse added to another famose NZ index
2000: Sales exceed $1 billion
2000: Opening of the first store of 100,000 square feet

2001- 2004

2001: The Warehouse Financial Services launched

2009- 2015

2009: The Warehouse online shopping launched
2012: The Warehouse completes full range online and celebrates its 30th birthday
2013: The Warehouse Group acquires Noel Leeming Group
2014: The Warehouse Group purchases R&R Sport and Schooltex
2015: Massey University launches its Bachelor of Business and Retail Management and appoints Jonathan Elms as the first Sir Stephen Tindall Chair of Retail Management
2015: Acquisition of Diners Club NZ and launch of Warehouse Money, a new generation of financial services products

LIVING WAGE!!!

Back in 2013 The Warehouse Group told us that they were going to pay the Living Wage, which is currently $19.25 an hour.
